Double Vision is the result of an investigation done about the optical properties of different printable surfaces, which when combined, make of the act of photographing an active process of discovery. It is a composite surface made up of two different images, one directly visible, and another invisible. When you take a photo of it with flash (smartphones or digital cameras, any model), the invisible image becomes visible in the photo. Thus, this optical technique enriches the experience of the observer by creating a “double reading”. Double Vision makes of photography not just a passive medium for registering what is visible, but an active medium for revealing what is invisible.
